RE: REACH Regulations and ELMAK Products and Services

We confirm that we neither import nor manufacture substances that fall under the REACH regulation (EU) Nr. 1907/2006. In regard to these regulations ELMAK’s products are classified as “preparations” and hence ELMAK’s status is that of a “downstream user” for our entire chemical product range.

To date our suppliers have assured us that all relevant substances in our preparations have been pre-registered. Hence we assure you of our continued ability to supply our complete product range. 

We request your understanding in that we are not able to answer every questionnaire sent to us.

Further information regarding the registration status of the individual substances contained in our preparations is totally dependant on our suppliers. Naturally we will inform you immediately should in future our chemical product range be affected by any substances that are not adequately registered or have registration problems.
