With a lab test and\/or a system analysis we can help you to identify the real problems and to solve them.<\/p><p>With a lab test and\/or a system audit we can help you to identify the real problem and to solve it.<\/p><p><br \/>In cooling and production water we have successfully not only solved difficult corrosion problems, but also detected leaks, diffusions, cross connections, pressure and flow issues and discerned cavitation and constriction issues that most standard approaches could not detect.<\/p><p>We have successfully preformed material analysis on contaminants to separate corrosion products, biological material, plastics residue, oil and grease, salts and calcium scale.<\/p><p>Starting with our in-house laboratory we can diagnose corrosion issues, autopsies of blocked and damaged pumps, molds and heat exchangers as well as propose practical solutions.<\/p><p>On questions about VDI 6044 conformity we can perform a system audit and give customer specific solutions to allow an optimal reaching of VDI recommendations.<\/p><p>In drinking water we can diagnose Legionella issues before you need a professional report.<\/p><p>For our sterlization customers we perfom NKG analysis in accord with EN 285.<\/p><p>If you just need a check to see your corrosion protection is \u201cin the green\u201d, our standard laboratory tests can be ordered.
