Particles are the most common culprit for corrosion induced loss of production.
Together with preventing new corrosion, the removal of remaining rust particles is part of protecting your system.
We use robust methods, not only to remove particles, but also other contaminants such as oil and bacteria. Our specialized filter media make it possible to have a very high selectivity where it matters.
This is done without limiting the main circulation. Filter maintenance is done with automatic monitoring proving more operational reliability.
This bypass filter with separation <5µm is in accord with the recommendations of the VDI 6044.
Island solutions for temperature control units
When the total filtration of a circuit is too difficult to acheive, why not think smaller?

Underfloor heating systems are susceptible to collecting deposits due to their large area and slow flow.
Heat pumps need very clean conditions to reach their rated efficiency.
With the FI170 filter, the particles in the plant room can be gradually removed in bypass.
