Degassing and Filtration
In a modern high performance production, it is essential that cooling water is clean and free of gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen. Our patented high performance vacuum degassers remove a proven 93%of dissolved gases and when combined with filtration and corrosion inhibitors makes an unbeatable system.
We also offer systems that keep temperature controlled circuits clean, even when the main cooling water is not treated.
Water treatment units, pressure boosting, dosing, leak protection
Water supply to a production circuit is not a question of connecting a garden hose! Specialized systems require special treatment. We make bespoke dosing stations, pressure boosters and pure water supply systems to secure your production.
Water Treatment and Corrosion Protection
Our program includes specialized corrosion protection chemicals, as well as products for the hygiene in cooling towers and much more. Our high temperature stable corrosion inhibitor is a must in the high-temperature temperature control.
Temperature control technologies
We offer specialized solutions for temperature control systems, including island solutions to maintain a clean temperature controlled circuit, water exchange upgrades for old temperature control units and further technologies to avoid air and steam embolies.
Cooling tower technologies
Our special technolgy for cooling tower water management saves our customers enormous costs and maintains the system so clean that problems with legionella simply do not appear.

Specialties for Cooling Water
Our in house laboratory offers unique tests for cooling water as well as analysies from deposits and autopsies on tools and TCUs. We offer system audits/appraisals on existing systems and also work out their efficiency.
We offer a planning service for unique efficient hermetic cooling systems or renovations of existing systems.
Naturally we also offer maintenance, repair and support for our specialized technologies for cooling water treatment as well as specialized cleaning services for extreme cases, such as when new customers with dirty systems switch to our clean mode of operation.
