In cooling and production water we have successfully not only solved difficult corrosion problems, but also detected leaks, diffusions, cross connections, pressure and flow issues and discerned cavitation and constriction issues that most standard approaches could not detect.

We have successfully preformed material analysis on contaminants to separate corrosion products, biological material, plastics residue, oil and grease, salts and calcium scale.

Starting with our in-house laboratory we can diagnose corrosion issues, autopsies of blocked and damaged pumps, molds and heat exchangers as well as propose practical solutions.
